Thank you for your purchase of our digital product. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Digital products are non-tangible and can be easily replicated, so we do not offer refunds for digital products unless the product is defective or the content does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
If you believe that the product is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may request additional information from you to investigate the issue.
If we determine that the product is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, we will either replace the product or provide you with a full refund.
Refund Policy for Freelance Services:
Thank you for choosing our freelance services. We take pride in delivering quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of the completion of the project. We will work with you to understand the reason for your dissatisfaction and see if we can address any issues.
If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. The refund amount will be based on the work completed and the resources used to complete the project. We reserve the right to deduct any expenses or fees incurred as a result of the project from the refund amount.
Please note that we will not provide refunds for completed projects where the client has approved the final product, or for projects that are cancelled after work has already started. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our services.
